LAKESHORE MARINA RULES AND REGULATIONS  

  • All Marina watercraft users must register and pay any balance due, upon arrival at the Marina Office.
  • All Marina watercraft users moored longer than two hours, must pay moorage fees at the Marina Office.
  • All Marina users who launch their boat must pay a $3 launch fee at the Marina Office.
  • All Marina parking must be paid upon arrival at the Fun Center/Marina Parking Lot Kiosk.

The vessel’s moorage and safety is the responsibility of the watercraft user.  The City of Chelan shall not act as a bailee and is not responsible for the safety of vessels moored within the Marina.

All visitors and users of the Marina shall observe a quiet time between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.

  • No parking is allowed on the ramp, turnaround or access road located within the Marina.
  • No swimming in the Marina area. 
  • No riding bicycles, skateboards or skates in the Marina area.
  • No running, horseplay or unsafe activity is allowed in the Marina area.
  • Loitering on ramps, piers and floats is prohibited.
  • No-wake Zone restriction is strictly enforced by Chelan County Sheriff’s Marine Patrol.
  • Watercraft users shall use adequate and appropriate bumpers and mooring lines.  Use of flotation devices as bumpers is prohibited.
  • Watercraft users must moor watercraft in a safe manner as directed by Marina staff.
  • Consumption of alcohol or controlled substances on Marina property is prohibited by law.

RESERVATIONS

Each slip reservation requires a deposit of the first two nights plus a $5 non-refundable administrative fee. Reservations can be made by calling (509) 682-8023 with a credit card. The balance of your stay is due upon arrival.

 

CHECK-IN

Check-In is no sooner than 2:00 pm.

 

CHECK-OUT

Check-Out is at 12:00 Noon unless prearranged by a parks supervisor. Late Check-Outs will be charged $25.00 per hour.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Require 21 days notice prior to your arrival date. We will gladly refund your deposit minus the $5 non-refundable processing fee plus a $10 cancellation fee. DEPOSIT REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED LESS THAN 21 DAYS before your scheduled arrival date. Refunds will not be issued to those who check out early. The City also reserves the right to rent the reserved slip to new boaters if you check out before the expiration of your time. There is absolutely no subletting of slips.

 

We will hold your reservation open for 48 hours from your confirmed arrival date. After that, you will be declared a NO SHOW and your site and deposit will be forfeited.

 

DOG POLICY

Dogs are not allowed in the Marina Beginning the Friday of Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The rest of the year dogs are welcome throughout the park. Scoop and Leash laws apply and pets must never be left unattended. You are liable for your pet.

 

SLIP CHOICES

We will make every effort to make sure your assigned slip is available upon arrival, but slip assignments are not guaranteed. Assignments are based on site availability, length of stay, and minimum number of moves.

 

PARKING

Parking rates at Don Morse Day Park and Fun Center/Marina Parking Lot are enforced. These two lots are pay parking lots. You must pay upon arrival at pay kiosk. The rates are $2 for 2 hours, or $5 for all day per occupied space. Be sure to put pay receipt in your windshield.
